Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stroomflow platform and website provided by Stroomflow B.V. ("Stroomflow"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Stroomflow provides a hosted platform for ingesting, transforming and delivering streaming data. We may update, improve or change features over time. We aim for high availability and publish uptime commitments for paid plans in an applicable Service Level Agreement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you register.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend accounts that pose a security or abuse risk.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to the plan you select. Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges disclosed at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Data & privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement. You retain all rights to the data you stream through the platform.

6. Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Stroomflow's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
